Account Coordinator – Team Velocity / Herndon, VA                                                                                  May 2020 - August 2021

Nationwide full-service marketing agency and digital platform for the automotive dealership industry. Provided project management and client services to over 40 dealerships with account values over $1,000,000, including quarterly and monthly presentations on creative strategy and digital creative, radio and TV ads, creative decks, and website assets while coordinating with all car brands to ensure nationwide advertising standards are maintained. Utilized Google AdWords and in-house analytics to advise clients with the best marketing courses of action and generated over 80,000,000 impressions across search, social and OTT advertising. New sales rose an average of 40% across all stores and overall sales and service increased 30% across all accounts.

Account Coordinator – Impact XM / Chantilly, VA                                                                                              Apr 2018 - Mar 2020

A nationwide experiential marketing company with a focus on tradeshows, events, and activations. Managed large-scale booth/display accounts, including internal (e.g., invoices, purchase orders and project account reconciliations) and external documentation (e.g., show services forms and scopes of work) and show logistics for clients such as AT&T, Booz Allen, Exxon Mobile, Airbus, PBS and Nutanix. Supported major trade shows and conferences, including selecting venues and arranging catering services, with events for over 10,000 attendees and budgets exceeding $800,000; for example, directed on-site show services and 25+ vendor kiosks for the Exxon Mobile Retail Conference. Also, lead organizer for a company-wide rebrand—managed everything from furniture procurement and graphic design to new audiovisual equipment installation.

Intern / Account Executive – Brotman | Winter | Fried / McLean, VA                                                                July 2017 - Jan 2018

Public relations and event agency for sports, entertainment, and special event management. Spearheaded grassroots marketing efforts, including media lists, outreach to local businesses, and local publicity events for the National Race to End Women’s Cancer. Built a 50-member team of volunteers through targeted social media and then managed the race from set-up to execution to clean-up. The event was a huge success with over 1,000 runners raising $120,000 for cancer research. Additionally, worked on all aspects of client participation in the Consumer Electronics Show (CES). Drafted press releases and media pitches to hype clients’ presence at CES; facilitated all awards, interviews and media/social-media exposure for clients and prepped clients’ booth press coverage at special events such as CES Unveiled and Tech Cocktail.

Event Planner – Pocket Palette / Washington, DC                                                                                                                 Oct 2017

Developed and executed a Kickstarter launch party for makeup start-up Pocket Palette. Coordinated theming, event décor, and social media, and managed on-site logistics. The launch was an unqualified success with over 30 attendees and $5,000 raised.

Designed and executed PR campaigns and events/launch parties for tech start-ups including Getaround, Hired.Com and On Second Thought, and authored press releases and pitched proposals used by the CEO to market to clients.

Retail company specializing in anime-related collectibles and exclusive event items. Worked an average of six trade shows and conventions across the nation annually. Used exceptional interpersonal skills to generate sales and connect with customers—team generated over $50,000 in sales at individual shows. Managed all freight shipping, organized online creative for organic and paid campaigns, and worked retail at various anime events.
